Features
ZeeScan module features the most advanced properties for fast and precise vertical z-scanning:

PhaseView' Z-Scan incorporate the latest advances of liquid lens technology and PhaseView expertise for 3D optical scanning.
Precise integrated electronics commands allow accurate and highly repeatable z-steps.
GUI Software
The Z-Scan comes with a Plug & Play user interface for remote control of focus position. API / SDK is provided for OEMs. Optional camera module is available with complete 3D acquisition & analysis tools (GetPhase software – see MicroPhase series).

Software
Z-Scan module comes with a Plug & Play User Interface for focus remote control, an API / SDK is provided for integration purpose of specific cameras and /or 3D rd party software.
